We have been blessed to pray our Taraweeh and Qiyam by leading scholars of our age. We have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to listen to their monumental recitations of the Quran, so much so that when we announce a Qari is coming from these cadres, we end up scrambling for spaces to accommodate our guests. How do we protect this level of interest? How do we make our youth and children continue this beautiful attachment to the book of Allah? How do we treasure this in our hearts? The only way is to memorise the Quran.
